Brandon Baker
Founder & Executive Director
Brandon Baker is a Detroit native whose lived experience shapes every program at Youth R Us Foundation. After losing both parents and navigating a troubled childhood within the juvenile system, Brandon channeled that pain into purpose.
He founded Youth R Us Foundation to make sure no young person in Detroit grieves alone. His leadership combines street-level empathy with a relentless focus on outcomes: healing, education, mentorship, and economic mobility.
